摘要
为掌握阻化剂对煤自燃的影响规律,基于煤自燃程序升温试验,测试了用CaCl2、MgCl2、NH4Cl、NH4H2PO3阻化后,采空区遗煤的初次氧化和二次氧化自燃特征参数。结果表明,阻化剂对煤样初次氧化的阻化效果依次为NH4Cl〉Ca Cl2〉Mg Cl2〉NH4H2PO3,对煤样二次氧化的阻化效果依次为NH4Cl〉NH4H2PO3〉Ca Cl2〉MgCl2;经阻化后的煤样参数φ(CO)/φ(CO2)及拐点温度较原煤样均有所降低。对于初次和二次氧化的采空区遗煤,在30~103℃时,阻化剂能起到阻化作用;在103~140℃时,阻化剂起到了促燃作用。
In order to understand an inhibitor affected to the coal spontaneous combustion,based on a programmed temperature rise experi- ment of the coal spontaneous combustion, primary oxidation and secondary oxidation spontaneous combustion feature parameters of the residual coal in goaf were tested and measured after the inhibition with CaCl2, MgCl2, NH4Cl and NH4H2PO3.The results showed that the inhibition effect of the inhibitor to the primary oxidized coal sample was NH4CI〉CaCl2〉MgCl2〉NH4H2PO3 in sequence and the inhibition effect of the inhibitor to the secondary oxidized coal sample was NH4Cl〉NH4H2PO3〉CaC12〉MgC12 in sequence.The φ( CO)/φ( CO2 ) and inflexion temperature of the coal sample after inhibition would be reduced in comparison with raw coal sample.When the temperature was at 30- 103 ℃ , the inhibition role of the inhibitor was conducted on the primary and secondary oxidation and secondary oxidation residual coal in goal.When the temperature was at 103- 140 ℃ , a promotion role of the inhibitor was conducted on the primary and secondary oxidation and secondary oxidation residual coal in goaf.
