The method and principle for the estimation of bioavailabilities of mineral element complex- es were discussed in this paper.The methods were discussed briefly, and the slope ratio method and the parallel line method were emphases, the factors of influencing estimation results of the slope ratio method was analised; the author thinks that the dose - response model is often response- plateau mod- els, which included the segmented regression model, the parabola- plateau model, and the exponen- tial-plateau model. It was emphasized that the response-plateau models is the theory foundation and priciples for the estimation of bioavailabilities of mineral elements complexes.
