摘要
文章旨在从桃红颈天牛Aromia bungii Faldermann幼虫肠道中筛选的一株高纤维素酶活菌株,经16S rDNA测序,确定为枯草芽孢杆菌,命名为BSAB1306,进行饲料制粒,探讨其饲料制粒的耐受性和其对肉鸡肠道中微生物区系、生产性能的影响。选择体重相近的20只30日龄白羽肉鸡,先预饲无BSAB1306菌株饲料72 h,空腹2 h,然后饲喂其菌株饲料,1.5 h后屠宰。结果表明:其羧甲基纤维素酶活为68.27 U/ml,对其进行发酵培养后,酶活提高到163.86 U/ml;其饲料制粒后在50℃下保存50 d存活率为94.58%;菌株在十二指肠的萌发率为94.6%;且肉鸡的肠道食糜中大肠杆菌数量明显下降(P<0.05),第二和三周龄的微生物菌体蛋白含量显著增多(P<0.05)。结果提示BSAB1306菌株具有极高的饲料潜能,且可改善肉仔鸡的肠道微生物区系。
In this paper, we screened a strain of higher cellulase activity from Aromia bungii Falder- mann larvae intestinal hydrolysis, It was identified as bacillus subtilis pass through 16S rDNA sequenc- ing, it was named BSAB1306. It was discussed the influence of intestinal mlcroflora in different weeks broiler and productivity on feed pelleting of BSAB1306 strain. We selected 20 similar weight white feath- er broiler in 30 day-old. We preliminary fed without BSAB1306 strain fodder of 72 h, empty stom- ach 2 h, and then we fed BSAB1306 strain fodder before to slaughter 1.5 h later. The results showed that its CMC enzyme activity was 68.27 U/ml, and its CMC enzyme activity was improved to 163.86 U/ ml after fermentation. We found that the strain survival rate still attained to 94.58% on preserving in 50 ℃ and its germination rate was 94.58% in the duodenum after feeding pelleting. Moreover, we found the number of bacillus coli dramatically declined in the intestinal tract chyme, and the content of bacterial protein significantly increased in intestinal chyme of 2 weeks and 3 weeks chicken when fed broiler chicken with complex BSAB1306 strain. The experiment proves that the BSAB1306 strain had high potential fodder application and it could improve the intestinal microflora of broiler chickens.
