介绍了电石法聚氯乙烯生产工艺链中各工序电石消耗情况,提出了相应的控制措施,包括控制入厂电石灰分,减少电石风化损失,回收溢流液体、上储斗和废次氯酸钠中的乙炔,回收高沸物等。
The calcium carbide consumption situations in various processes of PVC production were described. Control measures were put forward, including controling ash content of calcium carbide purchased into factory, reducing calcium carbide weathering loss, recovering acetylene in overflow liquor, upper storage hopper and waste sodium hypochlorite,and recovering high-boiling residues, etc.
