简要论述了聚合釜机械密封的工作原理,结合实践对聚合釜机械密封在生产中出现故障的原因进行了分析,并采取了一系列的解决措施,使其使用周期由原来的3-4个月延长至10-12个月。
The working principles of mechanical seals for polymerizers were described briefly. Combined with practices, the causes of their failures occurred during operation were discussed. A series of solving measures were adopted, thus increasing their service lives from 3 -4 months to 10 -12 months.
