总结了含汞废盐酸清洁化处理的措施及应用经验:采用组合式吸收制酸工艺,可实现自动控制,流程简化;采用浓盐酸解吸法回收再用HCl,令稀盐酸循环而节能;利用稀盐酸除汞,实现环保、减排、清洁生产。

Measures for the clean treatment of waste acids containing mercury were summarized as well as experience in implementing them. The measures included that： （1） producing hydrochloric acids by combined absorption process, achieving automatic control and simplifying operation process; （2） recycling hydrogen chloride gas by concentrated hydrochloric acid desorption process, realizing the circulation of dilute hydrochloric acid and energy saving; （3） removing mercury by using dilute hydrochloric acid, re- alizing environmental protection, emission reducing and clean production.
