摘要 针对元坝气田天然气高含硫化氢和二氧化碳的特点,集输系统采用改良的湿气集输工艺,通过加热及水合物抑制剂有效控制水合物生成;通过污水管道将集气站分出的污水输送到污水站集中处理回注。介绍了高含硫集输系统设计需要采取的安全措施。 In view of the characteristics of high sulfur gas content and carbon dioxide in the gas in Yuanba Gas Field, an improved wet gas gathering and transmitting process is adopted for the gathering and transmitting system. By heating and adding hydrate inhibitor, the formation of hydrate is effectively controlled. By regular pigging and regulating the flow rate, system effusion is effectively controlled. Sewage pipes are used to transport the waste water from the gas gathering station to the waste water station for centralized treatment and re - injection. The safety measures that need to be taken for the sulfur- containing gathering and transmitting system are introduced.
