摘要
基于研究现状,采用安全系统工程学方法,将企业的广义安全文化内容进行归纳和划分。采用层次分析法(AHP),将企业广义安全文化的内容、结构及特征系统化,建立广义安全文化指标体系;运用"马斯诺需求层次理论"对广义安全文化发展进行分级。在量化和内容划分完善方面,为广义安全文化的深入研究提供理论依据,对安全文化的建设、发展具有重要的意义。
Based on the research status, with the safety system engineering method, the generalized safety culture contents of enterprises are generalized and divided. AHP is used to realize the systemization of the contents, structure and features of generalized safety culture of enterprises and establish a generalized culture indication system; "Maslow hierarchy of needs "theory is used to grade the development of generalized culture, which provides theoretical basis for the in - depth study on generalized safety culture in terms of quantization and content division, of great significance to the construction and development of safety culture.
