摘要
提出了一种基于CPLD(复杂可编程逻辑器件)和高压数字脉冲发射器的128通道超声相控阵发射电路系统。该系统由发射时序控制模块、发射时序驱动模块及高压发射模块组成,具有较高的脉冲延时分辨率,且脉冲延时、脉冲宽度以及脉冲极性便于调整,同时兼备了构造方式简单、制作成本低、精度高及使用可靠的优点。在阐明相控阵发射原理的基础上,首先介绍了128通道超声相控阵发射电路系统的设计方案,再对发射电路系统进行了具体的设计实现,最后通过实际测试验证了该相控阵发射电路系统设计的可行性。
This paper presented a 128-channel ultrasonic phased array transmitting system based on CPLD and high-voltage digital pulser.The system consisted of a module of controlling transmitting timing sequence,a module of driving transmitting timing sequence and a module of transmitting high-voltage,which possessed the features of high pulse-delay resolution and convenient modification of delay,width and polarity of pulse,and exhibited simple structure,low cost,high precision and reliability.After illustrating the principle of phased array transmitting,this paper described the design scheme of the system,and then implemented the scheme.Eventually,the validity of the design was demonstrated by experiments.
