摘要
针对泵头体材料容易早期失效的现象,在超高压泵头体材料模拟试验平台上进行高压试验,利用已设计好的检测系统,对泵头体材料试块的声发射信号进行了实时采集和分析处理,分析出泵头体材料试块失效产生裂纹时的声发射信号,判断出泵头体材料失效的时间点,为泵头体材料的选型提供了试验依据,也为在线预警提供参考依据。
For the purpose of solving the material failure problem of pump head,the test sample piece was tested on the ultra-high pressure pump head material experimental simulation platform.The acoustic emission signal of the test sample piece was acquired and analyzed with the designed monitoring system.The AE signal of cracks was distinguished by wavelet transformation,which can be used to find the key point time of material failure,thus providing the experimental references for pump head material selection.It also provided the reference for online warning.
