低维纳米Bi_2Te_3的研究

摘要 基于低维纳米Bi2Te3材料的微观结构,阐明纳米Bi2Te3的合成机理,总结不同形貌纳米Bi2Te3材料的合成工艺及其对热电性能的影响,为进一步优化纳米Bi2Te3材料的热电性能提供可靠的理论依据. Based on microstructure of low dimensional nano Bi2Te3, synthesis mechanism was expounded, and synthesis processes and their influence on thermoelectric properties were summarized according to different shape and appearance, theroy for improve thermoelectric properties of nano Bi2Te3 materials was provided.
