隆德县退耕还林(草)后续产业的综合效益评价

Comprehensive benefits assessment on follow-up industries of converting farmland to forest and grassland in Longde County

退耕还林(草)工程后续产业的健康发展是有效巩固退耕还林(草)成果的关键所在.基于2006—2011年的统计数据,对宁夏隆德县的退耕还林(草)后续产业综合效益进行定性与定量分析评价.结果表明:当前隆德县退耕还林(草)后续产业的推进取得了较显著的综合效益,且呈逐年上升趋势;其中后续产业的经济效益相对最为显著,有力地促进了区域经济的发展;后续产业带来了人口资源和土地资源的有效分配,取得了良好的社会效益;相对而言,生态效益最不明显.

Healthy development of follow-up industries is the key to steady results of farm land to forest conversion project effectively. A comprehensive benefit was assessed by qualitative and quantitative analysis method based on 2006 to 2011 statistics data from follow-up industries of farmland to forest conversion in Ningxia Longde. The results show that the integrated benefit of Longde＇s follow-up industries of the grain for green project is obvious, and the trend still rise. The economic benefit is the most obvious relatively; the propulsion of follow-up industry has been promoted the development of regional economy vigorously. Follow-up industries redistributed population and land resources efficiently, achieved good social benefits. Relatively, ecological benefit is not obvious.
