With continuous innovation of the management philosophy and the rapid development of information technology, the concept of management information systems, content, and effect has a different development and improvement. With the deepening of MIS theory teaching, experimental teaching allows students to integrate theory with practice, understand how the IT optimize the management structure and improve management efficiency. In this paper, we take online examination system for example, make further elaborated of information systems analysis method and MIS development process, Thus carry out information technology planning and management from the higher perspective.
