海峡两岸核心及新兴技术比较—基于专利引文网络的分析 被引量:19

Comparative analysis of core and emerging technologies between China's Mainland and Taiwan based on patent citation network

摘要 本文以2000-2012年间中国大陆于美国专利商标局(以下简称美专局)获得授权的发明专利(Utility patents)及其专利引文(包括前引和后引)为样本,采用专利引文网络分析方法,识别出了大陆当前的核心技术及重要的新兴技术领域,并与Cho和Shih针对台湾的分析结果展开了对比。研究发现,虽然两岸的核心技术,即当前技术竞争优势高度重合,呈现出激烈竞争,但鉴于两岸核心技术发展的阶段差异及新兴技术的不断涌现,两岸在未来还存在广阔的战略合作空间。 Based on the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) utility patents granted to China's Mainland during 2000 -2012, core technologies and most important emerging technologies of China's Mainland are identified by analyzing the patent citation network. The result is compared with the result of Cho & Shih who analyzed the situation of Taiwan. It is proved that though China's Mainland and Taiwan are highly similar in core technologies and competitive advantages, they still have much more to cooperate because of the difference in the stage of development of core technologies and the emergence of emerging technologies in both sides of the Taiwan Strait.
