摘要
对螺杆泵用安全阀的阀芯开启高度进行仿真分析,并与试验结果进行对比,验证了仿真分析的可行性,对螺杆泵用安全阀的设计和优化有一定的指导意义。
In this paper, the valve spool＇s displacement of screw pump＇s safety valve is simulated in computer. The actual experimental value and test result are provided to contrast with the simulation analytical data to verify the reli- ability of analytic process. It provides a new method for the design and optimization of screw pump＇s safety valve.
