摘要
分析了外给电子体加入量、催化剂种类对聚丙烯(PP)等规指数的影响。结果表明:外给电子体加入量与等规指数成正比;不同类型催化剂对PP等规指数可调范围、可调敏感性的影响不同;在间歇釜式PP装置和连续双环管PP装置的运行中,工艺路线不同,等规指数的控制范围不同。在200 kt/a连续双环管PP装置上生产PP T30S时,主催化剂为CS-Ⅱ型催化剂,外给电子体用量为0.010-0.017 kg/t,PP等规指数可控制在95.0%-98.0%,从开工至今连续运行208天,打破了国内PP装置最长连续运行188天的记录。
The authors analyzed the effects of the external electron donor amount and the catalyst type on the isotactic index of polypropylene (PP). The results show that the amount of the external electron donor is proportional to the isotactic index of PP. Different types of catalysts have different influences on the adjustable range and the adjustable sensitivity of the isotactic index of PP. The control range of the isotactic index is various with process routes in the intermittent PP reactor and the continuous double-loop PP reactor. For producing grade T30S in the 200 kt/a continuous double-loop PP reactor,the isotactic index of PP can be controlled in the range of 95.0%-98.0% when the main catalyst is catalyst CS-Ⅱand the amount of the external electron donor is 0.010-0.017 kg/t. The PP plant has continuously run for 208 days,breaking the longest record of continuous operation for 188 days in the national PP plant.
