爽滑抗粘连母料在BOPP薄膜中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 为改善薄膜的表面张力,在双向拉伸聚丙烯(BOPP)薄膜中添加一种自制的爽滑抗粘连母料,并与添加进口爽滑抗粘连母料的BOPP薄膜进行对比。结果表明:自制爽滑抗粘连母料对薄膜的表面张力有明显改善,在跟踪期内,表面张力均不小于38 m N/m,后期趋于平稳,利于后续加工;对薄膜的摩擦性能也有一定积极作用,利于储存堆码与塑料袋的开口和灌装,内侧摩擦因数最小能达到0.16;对薄膜光学性能有负面影响,但并不影响薄膜使用。 Self-made slip and anti-adhesion masterbatch was added into biaxial oriented polypropylene (BOPP) film to improve the surface tension of the film. Properties of the film were compared with those of BOPP film with a imported slip and anti-adhesion masterbatch. The results show that the surface tension of BOPP film with self-made slip and anti-adhesion masterbatch is improved obviously. The surface tension is not less than 38 mN/m during the tracking period,and it levels off later,which was beneficial to the subsequent processing. It has a certain positive influence on friction properties of the film,which is favorable to storage and stacking,and anti-blocking and filling of plastic bags. The minimum of the internal friction coefficient is 0.16. The improved surface tension has negative effect on the optical properties of the film,but does not affect the application of the film.
