摘要
采用熔融共混法制备了聚乳酸(PLA)/聚己内酯(PCL)共混物,并对其进行红外光谱和拉曼光谱分析对比:PLA/PCL共混物的红外反射光谱在1 274,1 184 cm-1处的峰强度随PCL含量增加而增大,1 090 cm-1处峰强度随PLA含量减少而降低,峰强度与共混组分配比对应关系不太明显;PLA/PCL共混物的拉曼光谱在875 cm-1处出现PLA的中等强度吸收峰,在914 cm-1处出现PCL的中等强度吸收峰,吸收峰强度与共混组分配比间存在明确对应关系;采用拉曼光谱分析PLA/PCL共混物所得信息多于红外光谱,可用该方法对其进行定性和半定量分析。
Polylactic acid(PLA)/polycaprolactone(PCL) blends were prepared by melt blending process and compared by infrared spectrum and Raman spectrum. The peak intensity of 1 274,1 184 cm^-1 in infrared reflectance spectra increased with the increase of PCL content,while the peak intensity of 1 090 cm^-1 decreased with the decrease of PLA content. The relation between the component ratio and the peak intensity was not obvious. Raman spectra of the blends showed a medium intensity peak of 875 cm^-1 and 914 cm^-1,which was respectively corresponding to PLA and PCL. There was definite relation between the peak intensity and the component ratio. Information obtained by Raman spectrum was more than that of infrared spectrum,indicating that Raman spectra could be used for qualitative and semi-quantitative analysis of the blends.
