摘要
目的:探讨鼻骨骨折的CT诊断价值及其在法医学鉴定中的意义。方法:选取2005年2月至2014年7月冷水江市公安司法鉴定中心的鼻骨骨折法医鉴定案例共82例,均采用冠、轴位CT薄层扫描。结果:9例伤者为单纯I型骨折,26例为单纯II型骨折,25例为粉碎性骨折,22例为复合型骨折。结论:采用CT扫描能够清楚显示鼻骨结构,利于鼻骨骨折的诊断、鉴别诊断和分型,能满足法医鉴定的需求。
Objective： to explore the value of CT diagnosis of nasal bone fracture and its significance in forensic identification. Methods： select a total of 82 forensic cases of nasal bone fracture from February 2005 to July 2014 in public security judicial authentication center in Lengshuijiang city, adopting thin layer scanning of crown and axial CT. Results： 9 cases of injured for pure mode I fracture, 26 cases of isolated type II fracture, 25 cases of comminuted fracture, 22 cases of complex fractures. Conclusion： CT scan can clearly show the nasal bone structure, benefit the diagnosis of nasal bone fracture, the differential diagnosis and classification, which can meet the demand of the forensic identification.
