摘要
从剖析监督机构处理工程质量投诉的具体案例入手,找出症结,建议积极通过完善相关质量制度和构建新质量监督机制来落实责任追究,对质量投诉问题进行有效解决,为构建政府放心、群众满意的新型质量监督机构而努力。
This paper analyzed the supervision institutions to deal with complaints with the specific case of engineering quality,found out the crux of the problem,offered that the implementation of the responsibility should be though improving the system of complaint and constructing a new mechanism of quality supervision,to effectively solve the quality complaints,and make great effort to build the government trust, public satisfaction of new quality supervision institutions.
