摘要
盾构管片力学性能试验机加载框架由上、中、下三层空间桁架结构组成。该反力架结构可以满足三环试验、两环试验和单环试验,其结构的主要支撑体系是由沿加载框架内环均匀布置24支、外环12支钢柱组成的。各加载框架分别由平面环形桁架和竖向角点柱组成。论文介绍了盾构管片力学性能试验机加载框架制作及安装工程的施工特点、质量控制和安全措施,针对其特殊性能有针对性地制定质量控制方案和专项安全保证措施。分析在实际施工过程中影响结构受力和变形的各种因素及采取的技术控制措施。
Shield segment mechanical properties testing machine loading frame was composed of up,middle and lower three layers of space truss structure. This reaction frame structure could meet the purposes of the third experiment,two ring and ring test. The structure of the main support system was composed of uniform along the loading frame inner layout 24,outer ring of 12 steel columns. Each loading frame respectively was made up with the plane and vertical circular truss of corner column. This paper introduced the features of construction projects,quality control and safety measures of it,the special performance of targeted for this project to make quality control plan and special security measures. Analyzed the actual construction process and the factors which influence the structure stress and deformation of the technical control measures.
