住宅工程外窗渗漏防治及现场淋水检测研究

Study on Leakage Prevention and Water Spray Test On Site of External Windows for Residential Projects

针对外窗渗漏隐患难以治理的问题,推介了住宅外窗现场淋水检测方法,介绍了检测设备,详细阐述了外窗现场淋水检测试验方法及要求。通过实践证明现场淋水检测可以直接找到外窗渗漏隐患,真正起到对外窗及安装质量的监控作用,同时,本文分析了外窗渗漏问题的成因,并提出了防治措施。

Aimed at it was difficult to control the outside window leakage hidden trouble this paper promoted method of water spray test on site about residential building external windows,introduced the testing equipment,expounded test methods and requirements in detail. It was proved that water spray test on site could find directly outside the window leakage hidden trouble,which could monitor installation quality of external windows well,at the same time,this paper analyzed the cause of the outside window leakage problem, and put forward prevention measures.
