摘要
目的利用分子生物学方法对临床1例疑似嗜肺军团菌感染病例标本进行嗜肺军团菌的实验室检测,以便快速诊断、合理用药。方法运用普通PCR方法对肺部感染者的深部痰液标本进行军团菌属和嗜肺军团菌种的鉴定,并对痰液标本进行分离培养。结果普通PCR鉴定结果显示军团菌属和嗜肺军团菌种均为阳性。结论该病例为河北省首次应用普通PCR方法检测出的嗜肺军团菌感染病例,该分子生物学方法可为临床上快速诊断军团菌感染、合理用药提供依据。
Objective The clinical case of suspected infected with Legionella pneumophila was detected by the method of molecular biology in the laboratory, could help to rapid diagnosis and choose drug rational- ly. Methods To confirm Legionella and Legionella pneumophila, the deep sputum specimen of patient with lung infection was identified by the method of PCR, the specimen was also isolated and cultured. Results The result of PCR were both positive of Legionella and Legionella pneumophila. Conclusions This case infected with Legionella pneumophila was detected by the method of PCR in Hebei province for the first time, this molecular biology method could provide clinical basis for rapid diagnosis of Legionella bacteria infection and rational drug use.
