2例HIV抗体确证试验不确定样本的检测分析

Detection analysis on 2 cases of HIV antibody confirmatory experimental uncertainty samples

目的通过对2例HIV抗体确证试验检测结果不确定样本的随访跟踪检测分析,探讨对不确定疑难样本进行病毒载量检测的可行性和必要性,为正确判断是否HIV感染提供依据。方法对2名不确定疑难样本受检者进行随访跟踪检测,在首次检测4周、8周后进行HIV抗体确证检测,在8周进行病毒载量检测。结果 2名受检者进行了3次HIV抗体确证试验,带型均不能判定为阳性,第3次同时进行病毒载量检测,分别是<20 copies/ml和397 000 copies/ml。结论近年来HIV抗体不确定样本有逐渐增多的趋势,特别是这种疑难样本的出现,确证试验结果不确定样本有必要结合病毒载量进行进一步的确诊和判断。

Objective Based on 2 cases of HIV antibody confirmatory test results uncertain samples follow - up tracking detection analysis, discusses the feasibility and necessity of uncertain difficult samples for viral load testing, provide the basis for the right to judge whether HIV infection. Methods Follow - up tracking and de- tection of 2 uncertain difficult sample subjects, for the first time in the detection of 4 weeks, 8 weeks after HIV antibody confirmatory test, viral load testing in 8 weeks. Results 2 subjects of 3 HIV antibody confirmatory ex- periments, belt type cannot be determined as positive, viral load testing and third time, is 20copies/ml and 397000copies/ml respectively. Conclusions In recent years, HIV antibody indeterminate samples increased gradually, especially in this difficult samples, confirmed the experimental results uncertain samples is necessa- ry to combine the viral load for further diagnosis and judgment.
