妊娠高血压患者血β-HCG和Cys C检测结果分析

Results of combined detection of serum β-HCG and Cystatin C in patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy

目的检测孕妇血绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)和血胱抑素C(Cys C)水平,探讨对妊娠期高血压临床价值。方法采用化学发光法及全自动生化分析仪对100例妊娠期高血压疾病孕妇及100例正常孕妇的血清进行血β-HCG及血Cys C的检测。结果重度子痫前期组孕妇血β-HCG和血Cys C分别为(51 076±34 037)m IU/m L和(1.62±0.43)mg/L,轻度子痫前期组孕妇血β-HCG和血Cys C分别为(46 689±25 925)m IU/m L和(1.26±0.30)mg/L,与正常孕妇组(36 672±26 295)m IU/m L和(0.80±0.18)mg/L比较,均明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);重度子痫前期组血β-HCG与轻度子痫前期组血β-HCG相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而重度子痫前期组血Cys C与轻度子痫前期组血Cys C相比,明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论血β-HCG的检测有助于妊娠期高血压疾病的诊断,同时,血Cys C对妊娠期高血压疾病所造成的肾功能损害更具有较好的诊断价值,并可作为判断其病情轻重的指标,联合检测血β-HCG及血Cys C对了解其病情进程更具指导的意义。

Objective To detect the serumβ-HCG and Cystatin C in patients of pregnancy-induced hypertention andinvestigate the correlation between the test values and hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy. Methods The serum β-HCG and Cystatin C in 100 cases with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and 100 normal pregnants were detectedwith Chemiluminescence immunoassay and eos-bravo. Results The test values of serumβ-HCG and Cystatin C in pregnantwomen with severe pre- eclampsia and mild pre- eclampsia were signifcantly higher than that of normal pregnant womenshowng statistically significant difference（P〈0.01）.But the test values of serum β-HCG in pregnant women with severe pre-eclampsia showed no significant difference compared with that in women with mild pre-eclampsia（P〉0.05）.The test valuesof serum Cystatin C in pregnant women with severe pre-eclampsia were significantly higher than that in women with mild pre-eclampsia（P〈0.01）. Conclusions The joint detection of β- HCG and Cystatin C in pregnancy would be necessary forunderstanding the development of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.
