The defects existing in current operative mechanism for jurisdiction include the administrative tendency, localization, disorder, hidden judiciary, etc. The operation of jurisdiction needs to be improved by perfecting the fundamental and institutional construction, thereby guaranteeing the judges and judicator perform their own duties.
