胫骨平台骨折的现代治疗进展 被引量:6

摘要 胫骨平台承载着膝关节的负荷,在人体中其功能非常重要。胫骨平台骨折涉及关节面平整、关节稳定性、下肢力线的改变等,是临床上较为常见的一种关节内骨折,常常由高能量损伤引起,骨折类型复杂,手术难度大,最佳治疗方案一直备受争议。作者就胫骨平台骨折的治疗进展作一综述。
