雄激素与糖尿病相关心律失常的关系

摘要 近年来,糖尿病患病率与日俱增。糖尿病患者常合并心血管疾病,易发生恶性心律失常,成为糖尿病患者致死的主要原因。心肌离子通道失衡是糖尿病患者发生心律失常的主要病理生理基础,胰岛素抵抗与心血管并发症的发生密切相关。雄激素由胆固醇合成,具有改善胰岛素抵抗,增加胰岛素敏感性,调节心室肌复极化,发挥抗心律失常的作用。因此,雄激素的结构、功能及其在糖尿病心血管并发症中的作用受到极大关注。作者综述近年雄激素在糖尿病患者心律失常中作用的研究进展。
