摘要
通过采集重庆市区内轿车行驶参数以及环境温度、相对湿度、日照辐射强度、地表温度、市区路面坡度等数据,应用数理统计和多参数统计理论解析出了轿车行驶工况、市区典型环境条件以及路面实际坡度情况,并将这三部分整合成轿车零部件热损害试验工况。通过整车环境风洞试验,对合成的轿车零部件热损害试验工况进行了验证,结果表明,该工况能够准确模拟出车辆实际道路运行情况,可用于评价轿车零部件使用温度是否满足开发要求。
By acquiring car driving parameters in Chongqing urban area and data like ambient temperature, relative humidity, solar radiation intensity, ground surface temperature, urban road slope, etc., we use mathematical statistics and multi-parameter statistics theory to analyze ear driving conditions, typical urban environmental conditions and real road slope, which are integrated into thermal damage test conditions for passenger ear components. This test condition is put to vehicle environmental tunnel test for verification. The results show that this test condition can accurately simulate vehicle driving conditions on road, can serve to estimate whether passenger car components service temperature satisfy development requirement.
