摘要
目的系统评价性别与我国青少年健康素养的关系,为提高我国青少年健康素养提供科学的循证依据。方法利用计算机检索中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库等,检索词为主题/篇名/关键词/摘要(初中生/学生/高中生/大学生/青少年/新生)and健康素养。应用Meta Analyst Beta 3.13软件对符合纳入标准的文献进行Meta分析,检索时间至系统更新到2014年6月。结果共纳入11篇文献,总体健康素养应用固定效应模型分析,其效应值为OR=0.920,95%CI=0.843-1.004。在基本技能方面、科学健康观方面男生要优于女生,效应值分别为OR=0.875,95%CI=0.776-0.987;OR=0.539,95%CI=0.471-0.617。而在健康方式与行为、基本知识和理念及传染病预防、慢性病预防、基本医疗及安全与急救方面性别间差异无统计学意义。结论应针对不同性别青少年特征进行有针对性的健康教育,提高青少年健康素养。
Objective To assess systematically the relationship between adolescent health literacy and sex and in China. Methods Relative literature was searched by compute according to the inclusion criteria by using Meta Analyst Beta3.13 software. The retrieval time was updated to June, in 2014. Results A total of 11 studies were brought into the study. The total health literacy was analyzed by fixed effect model, the result was ( OR = 0.920,95 % CI = 0. 843-1. 004 ). Statistical analysis showed that boys were better than girls in the basic skills and scientific view of health, the results were respectively [ OR = 0. 875,95 % CI ( 0. 776, 0. 987 ) ], [ OR = 0. 539,95 % CI ( 0. 471, 0. 617) ]. But in the health and behavior, the basic knowledge and concepts and the prevention of infectious diseases, chronic disease prevention, basic health and safety and first aid has no statistical significance. That was to say that the result of merging effect value pass the invalid confidence interval. Conclusion Some researchers should take targeted measures to improve the health literacy of adolescent, and attach importance to the role of gender in adolescent health literacy in different aspects of health, also make a concrete analysis of concrete problems.
