近年来,北京会奖旅游发展迅速,成为北京旅游业引人注目的新的增长点。然而,北京会奖旅游的发展尚受到多种因素的制约。通过调研取得了北京会奖旅游发展的相关数据,分析了由调查数据所反映的北京会奖旅游发展存在的市场不完善、会奖旅游环境欠佳、专业人才匮乏、创新力度不足等问题。在此基础上,提出应从完善管理体制、规范市场行为、优化旅游环境、加强人才培养、加快会奖旅游产品创新、建立会奖旅游统计标准入手,给北京会奖旅游的发展奠定扎实的基础。

In recent years, the MICE tourism develops very fast and becomes a new economic growth point which is being affected by many factors. Relevant data about MICE tourism has been collected through detailed investigation. Based on the analysis to the existing problems such as market imperfection, poor environment of MICE tourism, lack of professionals and creativity, this essay puts forward that some measures should be taken to lay a solid foundation to promote the sustainable development of the MICE tourism in Beijing, such as perfecting management system, standardizing the market behavior, optimizing the tourism environment, strengthening the talent training, accelerating the innovation of MICE tourism product, establishing statistic standards of MICE tourism and so on.
