摘要
数控转台是国产五轴联动机匣加工中心的核心功能部件,因转台的工作环境十分恶劣,长期受切削液、工件切屑和切削力的影响,故障频发、精度保持性较差,严重影响了国产机匣加工中心的整机可靠性和机匣工件的加工质量。对机匣加工中心可靠性的薄弱环节数控转台进行了研究,根据掌握的故障数据,进行故障模式影响及危害性分析,找出数控转台可靠性的薄弱部位,对故障发生的原因进行深入分析,提出了有针对性的可靠性增长措施,为国产数控转台的可靠性增长提供了一定的依据。
Numerical control rotary table is the core functional unit of the domestic five -axis linkage cartridge receiver machining center, because working environment of the numerical control rotary is very bad, for a long time by cutting fluid, scraps of workpiece and cutting force, lead to frequent failure and low accuracy stable, seriously affect the domestic five-axis linkage cartridge receiver machining center reliability and processing quality of casing parts. Carry on research weak link of cartridge receiver machining center NC rotary table's reliability, according to the failure data, failure mode effect and harm analysis, find out the weak parts of the NC rotary table's reliability, to in-depth analysis of the cause of the failure, put forward the corresponding measures of reliability growth which provides a certain basis for the reliability growth of domestic numerical control rotary table.
