摘要
介绍了蓝宝石材质盖板玻璃的加工方法、XC运动轴的构成和刀具运动轨迹。建立专用机床的运动学模型,分析研究了数控系统的运动规划和速度处理。设计的专用机床采用XC联动实现了磨边抛光工艺,满足了蓝宝石盖板玻璃加工的需求。专机在实际应用中减少了不良品率,提高了生产率,取得了良好的效果。
The processing method of sapphire material cover glass and the tool path of XC motion axis are introduced. The kinematics model of special purpose machine is established, motion planning and speed processing of CNC system are studied. The special machine adopting XC linkage realizes grinding polishing process, satisfies the requirements of sapphire material cover glass processing. In practical application, the machine reduces the rate of non - performing products, improves productivity, achieves well results.
