摘要
围绕齿轮工件以短台阶孔为基准在实际生产中遇到的加工与测量问题,对加工工艺方案进行了详细描述,使用三坐标测量仪对加工特征的几何要素进行测量,分析研究了两种测量方法并对结果进行对比,给加工方案提供有效的数据支持。认为特征自身的属性缺陷是造成测量结果不稳定的原因所在,按正态分布原则"密集采点",可正负抵消掉测量中的误差;而由于测量跨距远,使得测量结果有正比放大关系时,则需按实际工件的状态确定放大关系的倍数。为短基准孔几何要素特征数据的收集提供了一种有效的测量方法,并进行了多次试验与论证,适合各种高精度短基准孔的测量。
Around the process and measurement problems of the gear parts with a short stepped as the reference encountered in the actual production, processing programs are described in detail. Use CMM to measure the geometric elements of the process characteristics, analyze two measurement methods and the results are compared, provide effective date support to processing program. The defects of characteristic properties caused the reason of unstable measurement. By normal principles of" dense sampling point" can be positive or negative offset error in the measurement. And because the measuring span is big, making the measurement results are proportional to enlarge relations, need to determine the amplification times of the state of actual parts. Shorter reference hole geometric elements characteristic date collection provides an effective measurement method, and conducts numerous experiments and demonstration, suitable for a variety of precision measuring short reference hole.
