摘要
分析了人工智能系统的优点,提出了一种基于Agent的以工序为最小加工单位的车间自动触发系统。设计了该系统的框架和3种基本结构,并给出了结构之间的功能和关系,介绍了系统的主要功能和基本流程。最后通过建模分析证明了该系统能够更好地适应紧急任务的加工。因此,基于多Agent结构的工艺流程触发系统能够更好地提高车间的加工效率,适应紧急任务的加工。
Analyzed the advantages of the artificial intelligence system, and presented a parallel automatically trigger in process system whose minimum processing unit is step based on Agent structure. Then designed the system's framework and three basic structures, functions and relationships were exhaustively analyzed. Finally, demonstrated that the system could adapt to the process of the emergency task better through modeling. As a result, the system can improve the processing efficiency of the workshop and adjust to urgent processing tasks better.
