摘要
装配整体式框架结构的技术难点在于如何实现预制构件之间的可靠连接。为验证预制柱、预制梁之间水泥灌浆料套筒连接接头的可靠性,开展了9个水泥灌浆料套筒连接接头拉伸承载力试验,考察了套筒和钢筋直径大小对该接头拉伸承载力的影响。同时,仿真试验结果亦验证了采用水泥灌浆料套筒连接接头的可行性,为推广水泥灌浆料套筒连接接头的应用提供了依据。
The technical difficulty of assembled integral frame structure is how to realize reliable connection between the precast concrete components. In order to verify the reliability of cement grouting sleeve connection between PC columns and PC beams, nine tests on ultimate tensile bearing capacity of the cement grouting sleeve connection were carried out and the influences of the sleeve diameter and the steel bar diameter on ultimate tensile bearing capacity of the connection were investigated. The simulation test results also verify the feasibility of the cement grouting sleeve connection, which provides basis for popularizing the application of cement grouting sleeve connections.
