摘要
本工程属超限高层建筑,采用框架-核心筒结构体系,根据工程的特点核心筒采用弱连梁连接的双核心筒方案,并采用有效的措施来保证弱连梁的延性,成功解决了结构X,Y向刚度差异大的问题。对主楼进行了小震、中震和大震的计算分析,并采取相应的抗震加强措施,达到了三水准的抗震设防目标。5层地下室部分采用无梁楼盖,利用SAP2000软件进行楼板屈曲分析,证明了其稳定性是安全可靠的。
The project is an out-of-code high-rise building with structural system of frame-core wall. According to the charaeteristics of the project, the project adopts dual core wall connected with weak coupling beams, which suecessfully resolves the problem of large stiffness difference in directions of X and Y, and the ductility of the weak coupling beams is ensured by effective measures. Calculations and analyses of the main building trader the frequent earthquake, precautionary earthquake and rare earthquake were carried out. Corresponding seismic strengthening measures were taken, and the three levels of seismic fortification goals were achieved. The five-story basement adopts flat slab floor system, and the stability of the basement was proved to be safe and reliable by slab buckling analysis using the SAP2000 software.
