广州某高校大学生高血压行为及相关知识调查分析

Investigation on knowledge and behaviors related to hypertension in college students of a university in Guangzhou City

目的了解该校大学生高血压相关知识知晓及行为情况。方法自行设计调查问卷,采取分层随机抽样的方法,从中抽取4 247位大学生进行调查。结果该校大学生中存在高血压危险因素,如吸烟、饮酒、肥胖、缺乏锻炼,对高血压相关知识知晓率较低。结论应重视大学生高血压防治工作,加强健康教育,提倡健康生活方式。

Objective To understand the status of knowledge and behaviors related to hypertension in college students of a university. Methods A total of 4 247 college students were selected by the stratified random sampling method and investigated with a self-designed questionnaire. Results There were risk factors of hypertension, such as smoking, drinking, obesity and lack of exercises, and the knowledge about hypertension was poor in the college students of the university. Conclusion We should strengthen the health education and advocate healthy lifestyle.
