Analysis of common influencing factors of blood pressure measurement with sphygmomanometer

目的探讨水银柱血压计测量血压常见影响因素,并指导和应用于临床。方法将400例成年患者为对象进行研究性实验。随机分成1、2、3、4组,分别以与血压测量部位、血压测量方式、受测者与测量者4种影响因素进行研究。结果第1、2、3、4组差异有统计学意义。结论在临床上需根据具体的实际情况,排除因血压测量部位、血压测量方式、受测者与测量者不同等影响因素,获取准确的血压数据,以利明确诊断,指导治疗,评估治疗效果及判断预后。从而减少病人的误诊率,减轻经济负担。

Objective To explore the common influencing factors of the blood pressure measurement with a sphyg- momanometer so as to provide the evidence to guide the clinical practice. Methods A total of 400 adults were divided into 4 groups randomly and they had 4 different measurements including different measurement positions, measurement modes, testee, and measurers. Results There were significant differences among the four groups. Conclusion It is necessary to measure the blood pressure according to the specific circumstances in clinical practice, so as to reduce the influencing factors, such as the different measurement positions, measurement modes, testee, and measurers.
