摘要
主要研究TC11合金轧棒热处理时,固溶温度对合金的组织形态、各相含量和力学性能的影响。结果表明,固溶温度低于再结晶温度(900℃)或高于相变温度(1010℃)都不能得到良好的综合性能。采用(950±10)℃×1 h、空冷+530℃×6 h、空冷,可获得良好综合性能,得到的组织为均匀细小的等轴α+β,是该合金轧棒最佳的热处理工艺。
Effect of heat treatment process, especially solution temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the TCll alloy roiled bars as well as the content of each phase in the alloy were studied. The results show that TCll alloy could not gain excellent mechanical property when solution temperature is lower than the recrystallization temperature at 900 ℃ or higher than phase-transformation temperature at 1010 ℃, while TCll alloy could get fine and uniform equiaxled microstructure of α+β, when the alloy is annealed at (950 ± 10) ℃ for 1 h, and cooled in air plus subsequent annealed at 530 ℃for 6 h and cooled in air, which is the optimum annealing procedure.
