控轧工艺对无微合金低锰高强度钢筋晶粒细化的影响 被引量:5

Effect of TMCP on grain refinement for no micro-alloyed high strength low manganese reinforced bar

摘要 利用高线控轧控冷技术轧制无微合金低锰细晶高强度钢筋,轧制温度区间为部分奥氏体未结晶区,阐述了在控轧过程中加热温度与水冷控制对晶粒尺寸的影响。通过抽样检测,表明控制加热温度在995℃左右,进精轧机温度800℃左右,得到的无微合金低锰钢筋的晶粒尺寸已接近超细晶微合金化高强度钢筋的极值范围(5-10μm)。 Fine grained no-micro-alloyed high strength low manganese steel was rolled by using TMCP of high-wire rolling, rolling temperature range was in part of the austenite non-crystalline region. Effect of heating temperature and water cooling ways on grain size was analysed. Through sampling and testing, when the heating temperature is about 995 ℃ and the temperature into NTM is about 800 ℃, no micro-alloy grain size of the low-manganese steel is quite close to the extreme range (5-10 μm) of the ultrafine-grained micro-alloyed high strength steel.
