摘要
通过退火气氛的露点切换的方式,采用SEM、AES、XPS等手段研究了高强双相钢的表面选择性氧化行为。结果表明,在退火升温段炉气露点0℃,等温段-70℃露点条件下,双相钢表面的氧化物数量远远少于升温段-15℃,等温段-70℃露点条件下的氧化物数量。钢板表面在升温段0℃,等温段-70℃露点条件下氧很少,表面的氧化物类型发生改变。
The surface oxidation behavior of high strength dual phase steel under dew point shifting during annealing was investigated by means of SEM, AES and XPS. The results show that the amount of surface oxides when the dew point is -15 ℃ at temperature rising stage and -70 ℃ at isotherm stage during annealing is much less than that when the dew point is 0 ℃ at temperature rising and -70 ℃ at isotherm stage. The amount of oxygen is less and iron is more on surface when the dew point is -15 ℃ at temperature rising stage and-70 ℃ at isotherm stage during annealing, theregore the chemical nature of oxides is also changed under the conditions.
