摘要 随着电力系统的快速发展,智能电网调度控制系统在多应用部署、海量实时数据处理、安全控制操作、快速信息同步等方面对数据采集提出了更高要求。文中提出了一种面向多应用的通用数据采集技术方案。该方案通过动态加载规约处理、基于CIM/E文件的数据采集运行维护、标签加密认证、多机冗余负载均衡、基于DL/T 476和S语言的远程浏览等技术,有效解决了多应用下数据重复采集、程序重复开发、维护复杂的问题,提高了数据采集处理能力,增强了控制操作的安全性,简化了数据采集维护流程,并实现了系统间实时画面的浏览功能。目前该方案已经成功运用于智能电网调度控制系统。 With the rapid development of power systems,the smart grid dispatching and control systems are making higher demands on multi-application,massive data processing,safe operation and fast information synchronization.A universal technical solution is proposed for the data acquisition oriented to multi-application.By using the dynamic loading protocol, CIM/E file based data acquisition operation and maintenance,tag encryption and certification,load balancing and DL/T 476 and S language based remote browsing technique,the remedy proposed has solved the problems of repeated data acquisition for multi-application,repetitive software development and complicated maintenance,thus improving the processing capacity of data acquisition,enhancing the safety of operation,simplifying the process of maintenance and realizing the function of browsing real-time pictures.This solution is now in successful application in smart grid dispatching and control systems.
