摘要
塑壳断路器中的导电系统是扩容设计的主要部分。利用Ansys对各个导电零件进行了电流密度分析,研究了导体形状对温升的影响。在各导电系统零件体积和发热的限制条件下,进行了改进设计,以提升产品经济性,降低成本。最后通过试验验证了改进结果。
Conductive system in mulded case circuit breakers (MCCB) is the main part of the expansion design. This thesis uses the Ansys to analyze the electric current density of each conductive parts, studied the influence of conductor shape on the temperature rise. The conductive parts of the system which have the constraints of volume and heat were impraved in the design in order to achieve the purpose of economic cost of product. Experiments were made to veriy the improved result.
