摘要 在可调瞬动脱扣器的设计中,弹簧初始反力矩是设计的关键和难点。从理论上分析了大容量塑壳断路器瞬动脱扣器调节工作气隙的优势,采用三维有限元非线性计算方法,计算和比较了单相和任意两相串联时的电磁吸力转矩差别,为设计弹簧反力提供了理论依据。最后通过实际验证的结果,验证了理论分析和计算的准确性。 The initial torque for spring is the key point of the design of adjustable instantaneous release. The advantages of adjusting working air gap were analyzed in theory with large capacity MCCB instantaneous release. By 3D nonlinear finite element method, the differences of electro-magnetic torque were calculated and compared between single phase and the series connection of any two phases, which provides the theory for the design of spring. And finally, the practical results were shown to evaluate the validity of analysis and calculation in theory.
