An Investigation of Main Viral Disease Infections Causing Reproductive Failure in 4 Dairy Farms

摘要 [目的]调查4个奶牛场主要病毒性繁殖障碍疫病的感染情况,为进一步进行病原学研究,揭示其致病作用,以及为制定防治措施奠定基础。[方法]选取4个规模化奶牛场,采集死胎、流产胎儿的肺、肝、脾、肾、淋巴结等组织,伴有肺炎症状犊牛的鼻拭子和耳组织,腹泻犊牛粪便,初乳以及冻精样品,共计248份。采用实时荧光RT-PCR/PCR检测方法,对牛病毒性腹泻/黏膜病病毒(BVDV)、牛副流感病毒3型(BPIV-3)、牛传染性鼻气管炎病毒(IBRV)进行检测。[结果]发现BVDV、BPIV-3、IBRV的总阳性率分别为11.29%(28/248)、10.00%(18/180)、9.26%(15/162)。[结论]这4个奶牛场存在BVDV、BPIV-3、IBRV的感染,调查结果为规模化奶牛场繁殖障碍类主要病毒性疫病的防控提供了流行病学数据。 Objective] To investigate main viral disease infection causing reproductive failure in 4 dairy farms, reveal its pathogenic role by further etiology study,and lay a foundation for the development of prevention and control measures.[Method] 248 samples,including tissues of lung,liver,spleen,kidney,lymph nodes,etc from miscarriages or stillbirth,nasal swab and ear tissue from calves with pneumonia ,stool from calves with diarrhea, colostrum and frozen semen were collected from four scale dairy farms for detection of bovine viral diarrhea virus (BVDV),bovine parainfluenza virus 3(BPIV-3)and infectious bovine rhinotracheitis virus(IBRV)by real-time fluorescence RT-PCR/PCR . [Result] The results showed that the infection rate of BVDV,BPIV-3 and IBRV were 11.29%(28/248),10.00%(18/180)and 9.26%(15/162),respectively.[Conclusion] The survey indicated that it was existence of the three viral infection in 4 dairy farms.The results would provide epidemiological data for the diseases prevention and control in scale dairy farms.
