摘要
本文介绍了水生动物福利的主要内容及发展现状,阐述了水生动物福利观念对水产健康养殖的意义,提出了推进水产动物福利制度建设所应采取推动立法、制订标准、推广养殖健康养殖技术、增强公众意识等四项措施。
The main contents and development status of aquatic animal welfare were described in the article, illustrating the significance of aquatic animal welfare concept on healthy aquaculture,four measures were proposed to promote the construction of aquatic animal welfare system,including promotion of legislation,development of standards,promotion of healthy breeding techniques and enhancement of public awareness.
