网络嵌入、信息共享与中小企业信贷融资

Network Embeddedness,Information Sharing and SME Credit Financing

随着中小企业成长模式由内生性向网络化转变,关于企业行为的研究也由企业内部延展到企业外部网络。理论分析认为,中小企业的网络嵌入行为通过信息共享机制可以缓解其信贷融资的约束。基于我国江浙沪地区中小企业信贷融资状况的调查数据,本文的实证结果证实了这一理论预期。此外,通过将银企关系作为调节变量,对中小企业网络嵌入缓解信贷融资约束的机制进行动态考察,本文也再次验证了缓解中小企业信贷融资约束的"小银行优势"假说。

The research on corporate behaviors has extended from the single corporation perspective to the external network with the SMEs＇ growth mode being transformed from endophytism to the network. The theoretical analysis found that the SME network embeddedness can alleviate credit constraints by information sharing. This paper confirmed the theoretical hypothesis based on survey data of SME credit financing in Jiangsu ,Zhejiang and Shanghai province where the most active regions in China are. Besides, through acting the relationship between bank and enterprise as a manipulated variable ,this research makes dynamic investigation on the mechanism that network embedded eases the SME credit constraint. The finds proved hypothesis of small banks advantage in SME credit financing from a new perspective.
