摘要
目前,国有企业铁路专用线存在运输规模小、运营业务单一的现象,政策、竞争上受制于国家铁路的发展。分析了国有企业铁路专用线发展的不利条件和有利条件,并以山西潞安集团铁路运营公司为例,探讨了国有企业铁路专用线摆脱困境的方法,以促进其迈上发展壮大之道。
