摘要
目的探讨肝细胞生长因子(HGF)对体外培养冠心病患者外周血内皮祖细胞(EPCS)生物学功能的影响。方法选取2014年1月至2014年9月就诊的冠心病患者16例作为研究组,同时期未患有冠心病的健康体检者16例作为对照组。每组又均再随机分为HGF组和非HGF组。观察并比较两组患者外周血中CD133+细胞数量、血浆中HGF含量以及EPCS生物学功能。结果研究组患者CD133+细胞数量显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05);研究组患者HGF含量显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。研究组非HGF干预增殖能力吸光度、粘附细胞数和迁移细胞数均显著低于对照组非HGF干预组(均P<0.05)。研究组患者中HGF干预组增殖能力吸光度、粘附细胞数和迁移细胞数均显著高于非HGF干预组(均P<0.05)。对照组患者HGF干预组增殖能力吸光度显著高于非HGF干预组(P<0.05),粘附细胞数和迁移细胞数比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论 HGF可显著增强冠心病患者外周血中EPCs增殖、粘附和迁移等生物学功能。
Objective To investigate the effect of hepatocyte growth factor( HGF)on biology function of endothelial progenitor cells cul-turing in vitro in peripheral blood of patients with coronary heart disease( EPCS). Methods 16 cases of coronary heart disease patients in Januar-y to September 2014 in our hospital were considered as the research group. 16 cases of healthy people at the same time period without suffering from coronary heart disease were considered as the control group. Each group was then randomly divided into HGF group and non HGF group. The number of CD133+cells in the peripheral blood,content of HGF in the plasma and biological function of EPCS were observed and compared be-tween the two groups of patients. Results The number of CD133+ cells in patients of the study group was significantly lower than that of the con-trol group( P 〈0. 05). The content of HGF in the study group was significantly higher than those of control group( P 〈0. 05). Intervention pro-liferation ability of absorbance,cell adhesion and migration of cell number of non HGF group in the study group was significantly lower than the non HGF group of the control group(all P 〈0. 05). Intervention proliferation ability of absorbance,cell adhesion and migration of cell number in the HGF group was significantly higher than that of non HGF intervention group of the study group( P 〈0. 05). Intervention proliferation ability of absorbance in the HGF intervention group was significantly higher than that of non HGF intervention group of the control group( P 〈0. 05),the number of cell adhesion and migration of cell number were not significant( P 〉0. 05). Conclusion HGF can significantly enhance EPCs prolif-eration,adhesion and migration and other biological functions in peripheral blood of patients with coronary heart disease.
